Who we are

Quote123 is a mobile business application and brand of Calligrove, registered in Ireland. The website is quote123.eu. Privacy questions can be sent to info@calligrove.com.

Data stored in the app

Quote123 is designed to work offline-first. Its business records — including customers, quotations, invoices, payments and saved reports — are stored locally on the device. The website does not offer a Quote123-hosted account that automatically uploads those records to our servers.

Backups and Google Drive

The app offers local backup and optional Google Drive backup functions. When you enable Google Drive, backups are held in the Google account and storage location that you authorise, subject to Google’s own privacy practices. Secure your device, Google account and backup files.

Website data

The website and its hosting may process information such as IP addresses, browser details, pages requested, request times and security events for normal operation, troubleshooting and protection. Installed website security, analytics and performance services may also process technical data.

Enquiries

When you contact the Quote123 team, we receive your email address and the details you send. These are used to respond to your request and provide support. Avoid including passwords or unredacted customer financial records.

Launch notifications

If you request a Quote123 launch link, we collect the name, email address and consent you submit through the form to send relevant launch and availability information. Form submissions may be stored in our WordPress/Jetpack administration system and delivered by email. We do not use launch sign-ups as permission for unrelated promotional messages. You can withdraw consent and request removal of your details at any time by contacting info@calligrove.com. Requests are handled subject to applicable legal retention requirements.

Cookies and external services

WordPress may use cookies for essential website, administration and security functions. Some connected statistics or third-party services may use cookies and similar technologies. These may include hosting, Jetpack, analytics and Google services, depending on the settings enabled. Optional tracking requiring consent should not operate before any required consent is obtained.

We process information as necessary to operate and protect the site, respond to enquiries and meet legal obligations, using the lawful bases applicable in the relevant jurisdiction.
