Can I use Quote123 offline?
Quote123 is built offline-first. Core customer, quote, invoice and payment records are held on the phone. Online services, such as Google Drive backups, require an internet connection.
Can I make quote and invoice PDFs?
Yes. Quote123 can prepare, preview and share PDF documents, subject to reviewing the appropriate issuer and tax details.
Can I record part payments?
Yes. Record payments as they arrive, whether an invoice is part paid or fully settled.
Can I reuse my prices?
Yes. The price book lets you save rates and bundles and add them to future quotes or invoices.
Where is my information stored?
Core records are stored locally on the device. Optional local and supported Google Drive backups can keep copies under your control.
Can I reopen reports and saved documents?
The app provides saved report PDFs and customer document history, with protection for issued records.
Is Quote123 on Google Play yet?
